Everyday it seems a new trend is out that we are drawn to, could be a new “Super Food” or a new diet, either way we instantly believe these things without questioning; my goal is to help you break out of your mental shackles for self improvement . In each post ill give my sources in the hope that you’ll question what I tell you and do your own research for the truth.
